Please note: This form is intended only for ASSP Sacramento Chapter meeting and event speaking or hosting opportunities. It is not an application to present at the annual Sacramento Safety & Health Summit. Safety Summit speaker applications are accepted separately through the official Summit website during the designated application period. Submissions made through this form will not be considered for Summit speaking opportunities.
