About the Event

Held in the spirit of Juneteenth’s legacy of freedom, progress, and collective uplift, this special evening—hosted by the National Association of Black Compliance and Risk Management Professionals (NABCRMP)—celebrates the historic leadership of Monique Parker, the first Black woman to serve as President of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP).

Designed with the warmth of a family reunion and the dignity of a presidential celebration, this gathering brings together Black safety and environmental professionals, along with allies from across the country, to honor community, legacy, and leadership in safety, environmental stewardship, compliance, and risk management.
