The Chapter Connection – September 2026 Summary
The Sacramento ASSP Chapter had another successful month of education, engagement, and chapter achievements. Members attended a presentation by Rachel Conn on Cal/OSHA enforcement trends and common violations, gaining practical insights to strengthen workplace compliance programs.
We are also proud to announce that Sacramento has been recognized as a Platinum Chapter for the fourth consecutive year, reflecting our ongoing commitment to member value and chapter excellence.
Looking ahead, we are excited for our upcoming Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. Tour on September 23 and the Sacramento Safety & Health Summit on October 6. Don’t forget to join us for our first Safety Summit Mixer on October 5 for networking with fellow safety professionals and event speakers.
Additional opportunities this month include participation in our annual member survey, chapter leadership opportunities, Common Interest Groups (BSP, HSP, and WISE), and free ASSP educational programming focused on AI in EHS.
