Major upgrades to Regional San’s wastewater treatment plant are underway. The EchoWater Project is the largest public works project in Sacramento’s history, with 20 separate construction projects and numerous construction contractors on site through 2023.
We will tour the EchoWater project and look at the Health & Safety around managing such a large construction project.
